For my whole life I have been on a journey of self development. Along the way I discovered that everything we need is within us all along and it is with this philosophy that I learned to coexist with my OCD, create a healthy relationship with my emotions and build my dream life as an entrepreneur! My practice is based in the fundamental belief that connection to self is the foundation for building the life of your dreams. It is essential to every facet of our lives from health to relationships to career to purpose and fulfillment, yet is something we often overlook or simply don’t prioritize.
As a coach, I support you in any area of your life that doesn’t currently feel in alignment, areas of struggle or challenge you are experiencing and hold space for your biggest dreams. Working with me is a journey of self discovery, intuitive healing and personal growth all while teaching tangible steps to reconnecting with your truest, most authentic self and stepping into your power.
